Kendra had built a thriving therapy business, but had big ideas for scaling outside of her current offices. Once we listened to her audience and landed the positioning, I organized the content to make it user-friendly, and wrote website copy and email campaigns that makes it easy for prospects to navigate.
Because Erin Morris and her team have such a niched audience, we had to make sure the messaging and the strategy of the content matched where they were going. Using audience interviews to gain key insights, we created a Brand Voice Guide and Website Copy that grows with her.
After surveying and interviewing Micaela's clients, I wrote the website copy and email campaigns to help tell her brand's story. This, along with all the work she did as the founder, set her up to scale the company so she can spend more time leading.
